What are the dates for 2012 competition?

Monday 26th March to Friday 30th March 2012

 

How can we get the registration form?

Form is available to download and print out from January 2012, please fill in and bring it with you.  Please give to Ground Managers at the Control where you are playing your first match

 

How can we get an entry form?
Forms are available to download and print out from this site in September. Simply Print out, fill in and return back to the address stated on the form.

 

How do I know which tournament to enter?

The tournament is restricted to school teams and all the tournaments are for boys sides except, obviously, the Girls Tournament!  Please look at the Rules for eligibility for details.  However, as a rough guide the following applies:

Juniors - U13s.
Preps - U13s. This tournament for IAPS schools and has a weight limit.
Colts - U16s.
Festival - U18s. Restricted to schools that only play rugby as a major sport for one term.
Girls - U18s.
Open - U18s.

What do I do if we need to withdraw from the Tournament?
Fax, e-mail or write to the Organisers. Refunds of entry fees only given to schools/colleges whose written withdrawal is received by January 1st 2012. Any school/college withdrawing less than two weeks before the Tournament risks not being invited to enter in 2013!

Is there car parking?
Yes, at all grounds - but limited

 

Do we need to bring picnics?
No, there is hot & cold food + soft drinks and bars (over 18s only!) available each day at all grounds from

8.30am to 6pm

 

Is medical cover provided?
Yes, provided by qualified doctors/paramedics and ambulance services at all grounds.
NB: All players must hold their own individual insurance cover via their school/college. The Tournament Organisers are not responsible for any injury caused during matches or warm up sessions

 

How do I find out more about the Tournament?
Buy a programme in advance - e-mail the Organisers for details
